Helpdesk Support

Digicon provides both onsite and offsite helpdesk support. Our certified technical staff continues to build their expertise through experience and professional training for the latest technologies. We also implement proven processes that modeled after the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Our helpdesk support ranges from less than 30 users to 78,000 users nationwide. Network Support

Our network experience covers the full network lifecycle support services that include planning and requirements analysis, design and engineering, prototype development and proof of concept, target system implementation and deployment, and post deployment operation and maintenance including performance monitoring. Network Monitoring

Digicon provides 24x7x365 real-time monitoring service anywhere and anytime. Each monitoring service is tied to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). We perform basic network, application monitoring, and the most extensive monitoring required ensuring advanced security for any network, which may include end to end device monitoring, traffic analysis, and real time performance reporting.

Each alarm captured is documented and evaluated based on its severity by a highly skilled consultant before they can impact any network. Our monitoring tool allows us to capture data from switches, routers, servers, and other SNMP enabled devices in order to analyze them to determine the health of the devices in question. A daily, weekly, or monthly report is available for each device based on the SLA.
