As we begin FY07, I want to take the time to first thank each of you for your contributions last year and encourage each of you to continue to keep up the good work for this new fiscal year. Your commitment and dedication to support our clients and each other is highly valued, appreciated, and you should be proud.

FY07 is filled with promise as we have a strong focus on business development. Our goal has always been growth, and we will continue to focus on this aspect in our daily operations. Each of you has the opportunity to assist the organization in this effort. It is by placing our Customer/Employee first, through the Teamwork we display and through the Ownership we each take, that we will gain our Prosperity, Satisfaction and Excellence.

Given our ESOP and our cultural development program, I would like to share the following values that play an important role in our daily activities. These values, along with their behaviors, will become our corner stone. You will see these statements in the near future, and with the exciting launch of our Digicon Polo Shirts that display our culture, we hope that you take pride in what has been and will be accomplished in the future.
