As an employee-owned company, we value every staff member’s contribution to the company as it ultimately contributes to the growth and success of the company.  We want our staff members to be excited and empowered as owners of Digicon and keep in mind that our success is predicated on ensuring that our customer base receives the requisite quantity and quality of services on time and under controlled costs.

Our company values are the cornerstone to our daily operations.  We focus on customer/employee first by being responsive to needs, having a positive attitude, being courteous and professional, giving recognition and fostering an environment of growth and development.  We focus on teamwork through respect, communication, actively listening, providing constructive feedback and holding each other accountable for common goals.  We focus on ownership by showing our commitment, availability, pro-activeness, responsibility and leadership.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Digicon prides itself on the many contributions of our staff and we are excited to be an employee owned Company. As an owner, we trust you will take an active interest in the success of the Company and work to increase the value of the Company stock you and your fellow employees own. The more we achieve together as a team, the more valuable our Company stock should become.

An ESOP is an employee benefit program designed to give you an ownership interest in the Company. Under the ESOP, stock representing your beneficial ownership interest in the Company will be held on your behalf, primarily as a means of providing you with a retirement benefit. As contributions are made to the ESOP, shares of Company stock may be credited to your ESOP account.

The ESOP is provided at no cost to you; the Company pays the full cost. The ESOP coincides with Digicon’s fiscal year, July 1st through June 31st, and annual statements are distributed to show employees how much stock has been allocated to their account after the close of each fiscal year. Both full and part-time employees are eligible to participate but must meet the eligibility requirements whereby an employee becomes eligible the first day of the Plan year in which the employee completes a Year of Service and is at least 21 years of age.
Tuition and Training Reimbursement
Tuition
The Tuition Reimbursement Program will reimburse tuition and mandatory course related expenses for full-time employees who have completed three months of employment and who complete pre-approved courses with a grade B or better. Courses are considered qualified for reimbursement if they are job-related, taken at an accredited institution, part of an appropriate degree program or of agreed mutual benefit to the employee and Digicon. One course per semester, quarter, or trimester is eligible for reimbursement up to an annual maximum of $3,000.00.

Training
Digicon offers training reimbursement and promotes career development and progression for all employees. To be eligible you must have been employed with Digicon for a minimum of 6 months. Training courses are considered qualified upon proper approvals.
